Absolutely love these prints and so do the recipients. Even the hubby thought they were lovely. I spelt one of the places wrong, emailed, received an email back almost straight away. Love the product I bought for my sister in Australia. This was a second purchase however, because royal mail left the original one behind my gate and it was destroyed by heavy rain. Maybe some kind of plastic wrapping on the cardboard tube would help
